Human Change Therapy is a five-day immersive certification for coaches, therapists, consultants, speakers, leaders and business owners who want to go beyond understanding people and develop the practical ability to influence meaningful change.

You will not watch this work. You will do it, on yourself and on other people, in the room, with live feedback.
HCT is where we go deeper.
You will confront the patterns, limitations and identity that determine the level at which you coach, lead, build and perform. You will see the work demonstrated, experience it personally and practise it with support and live feedback.
Because the impact you make, in your work, your relationships and the lives of the people around you, is shaped by who you are. The deeper you understand yourself and the patterns driving you, the more effectively you can lead, communicate, influence and create meaningful change.
It is five days of becoming more aligned, clear and capable.
Most people have already read the books, done the courses and collected the frameworks. They understand beliefs, behaviour, mindset, communication, leadership and human needs. They can often see the pattern in themselves and in others. But seeing it and knowing how to change what is driving it are two very different things.
What is actually driving the pattern?
How do I change it at the level it was created?
And who do I need to become so I stop recreating the same results?
Patterns show up in relationships, communication, confidence, decisions and the choices we keep repeating. But what you see on the surface is often only the result. Beneath it may sit a belief, emotional response, protective strategy, unmet need or deeper identity that has learned to operate in a particular way.
Real change begins when you stop managing the pattern and start understanding what is actually driving it.
It is easy to feel confident when everything is going to plan. But when the stakes rise, people resist, emotions increase or difficult decisions have to be made, your deeper identity starts to lead before your strategy does. Your beliefs, standards, fears, certainty and sense of self all show up in the way you communicate, decide and influence others.
Leadership is not only what you do. It is who you become when the moment demands more of you.
You can have the strategy, the opportunity, the team and the ambition, yet still be limited by the beliefs, behaviours and identity driving your decisions. The way you communicate, influence, take risks, set standards and lead others all shapes what the business is able to become.
The business will eventually reflect the confidence, identity and capacity of the person behind it.

You have trained, studied, developed and invested years becoming better at what you do. You understand leadership. Communication. Coaching. Performance. Business. People. You may already have the certificates, frameworks, models and experience.
And you have invested real time, real money and real effort getting there.
Most of what you have learned has probably helped you understand people better. It may have given you new language, new models, new tools and new ways of seeing what is happening.
And all of that matters.
But there comes a point where more information stops being the answer.
Because life does not test what you know when everything is easy. It tests what you can access when the pressure is on. When the conversation is difficult. When the decision matters. When someone resists. When the business demands more. When your own fear, beliefs or identity start making the decisions for you.
Knowledge is not the problem. Integration is.
That is the gap Human Change Therapy is designed to close.
Not just knowing more. Becoming more capable with what you know.
A human being does not arrive as an EFT problem, an NLP problem, a trauma problem, a leadership problem or a business problem. They arrive as a whole system.
With Beliefs. Emotions. Identities. Protective responses. Unmet needs. Unhealed wounds. Values. Attachment styles. Memory. Physiology. Nervous-system responses. And a lifetime of meaning attached to what they have experienced.
Human Change Therapy is built around integration.
It brings together Psychology, Neuroscience, IFS, NLP, EFT, Timeline Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Heart Coherence, Trauma Principles, Coaching and Behavioural Change, not as separate techniques to collect, but as different ways of understanding what may be happening in the person in front of you.

Learn to see beyond the presenting issue and understand the deeper forces shaping how someone thinks, feels, reacts and makes meaning, so you can work with the person, not just the problem.

Learn to read dynamics, recognise what is shaping the room, communicate with greater impact and help people move through uncertainty, resistance and change.

Understand what drives the way you lead, decide, communicate and respond under pressure so your leadership becomes more conscious, congruent and effective.
Every day includes live hotseat work. A real person, a real pattern, worked in front of the room, unedited. You see the questions Imran asks and the ones he deliberately does not. You see what happens when someone resists, when someone goes quiet, when something surfaces that nobody planned for.
Then the room breaks into pairs and you do it, with support on the floor close enough to stop you if it goes sideways. That loop, demonstration into supervised practice into correction, is the entire reason people leave this course able to work rather than able to talk about working.
Demonstration. Application. Feedback. Correction. Repetition.
That is how information starts becoming instinct.
And it is why this training is designed to be experienced live.
Five days gives us the time to go beyond information and into application. To understand the model, see it demonstrated, experience it, practise it, receive feedback, correct what is not working and then go again until the learning starts to become embodied.
By Day Two, people are no longer simply learning concepts. Patterns begin to surface. Assumptions get challenged. The room becomes more honest. Your own responses become part of the learning. And that is where the real development begins.
You cannot compress that into a weekend without sacrificing the very thing this training is designed to create: the ability to stay present, think clearly, adapt intelligently and use what you know when the moment becomes real.
Five days is not about giving you more content.
It is about giving the content enough time to become capability.
AwakeningDecode your human blueprint
The day you stop guessing why people do what they do, including yourself.
DepthUnderstand your unconscious wiring
Where the pattern was actually built, and why it has held for so long.
RewiringRecode language, communication and strategy
This is where the work becomes practical.
ReleaseWork with what the mind understood, but the system never fully let go of
This is often the day the room changes.
EmbodimentIntegrate the work. Step into your next level.
This is where everything comes together: the psychology, the tools, the skills, the interventions.
Decode the blueprint. Uncover the pattern. Rewire the response.
Release the past. Embody the future.
Human Change Therapy teaches you ways of understanding and influencing how people think, feel, respond and create meaning. That carries responsibility.
Because this work is never just about techniques. It is about the human being in front of you. Their trust, their vulnerability, their choices and their right to remain the author of their own life.
The purpose is to help people access greater awareness, greater choice and greater freedom in how they respond to their lives.
That requires more than skill. It requires character, care and integrity.
"I can teach you the tools. I can teach you how to communicate, intervene and create change. But the most important thing is the person using them. Your intention matters. Your integrity matters. Your heart matters. Use what you learn here to serve people, respect people and leave them with more choice than they had before."
Imran Ahmed, founder of Success Psychology
Every HCT practitioner makes that commitment. It is about becoming the kind of person others can trust with their change.
Led by Imran Ahmed and supported by an experienced coaching team throughout.

For more than two decades, Imran has trained, coached and led transformational work across leadership, business, personal development and human behaviour, from corporate and public sector environments to live events, interventions and breakthrough experiences.
His work brings together psychology, coaching, NLP, leadership and human change into one practical approach designed for the real world.
Experienced coaches are in the room throughout the five days, supporting practice, giving feedback and helping you turn what you learn into real capability.
Develop greater flexibility in recognising what may be happening across belief, identity, emotion, language and behaviour. Learn to stay present when the conversation goes somewhere you did not expect.
Less dependence on the script. More capability with the human being.
Your team does not experience the leadership books you have read. They experience you. Your standards. Your ability to make decisions. Your willingness to have the conversation everybody else is avoiding.
Leadership is not simply what you know about people. It is who you are when people look to you.
Sometimes the next stage of a business does not require another idea. It requires the founder to stop operating from the identity that built the previous stage. Communicate the vision. Make the decision. Human Change helps you recognise the psychology underneath the decision.
Because you cannot consistently build beyond the identity you keep protecting.
You. Your identity. This is where leadership begins.
If fear continually determines your decisions,
if old beliefs continually determine the level you allow yourself to reach,
then you are not fully leading yet. You are reacting.
The first level of leadership is the ability to lead yourself.
A breakthrough can feel powerful. But the real question is what changes when you go back to your life, your leadership and your work.
What decisions do you make differently? What conversations do you finally have? How do you coach, lead and show up at a higher level?
That is where the real value of the work is measured.
Here are two HCT graduates some months later.
"As a direct result of attending the Human Change Therapy course with Imran, I have found it much easier to step into leadership, allowing me to pivot my focus to align more closely with my personal values."
Diane now teaches families and care home teams how to let go of the fear and the pressure, and to embrace connection, fun and love in every visit, using her own framework, The M.O.R.T.O.N Method.
"This journey has deepened my understanding of self and enriched my coaching practice, making it more purposeful and meaningful."
"I had the experience, qualifications and ideas, but I didn't always fully recognise the value of my own lived and professional experience, or how powerfully I could bring those two things together."
Lucy now brings her therapeutic skills, behaviour change work and nearly two decades in children's services together rather than treating them as separate parts of her practice. She is building work specifically for children's social care professionals, and is about to publish Three Little Words, the first book in her memoir series. In her words, the biggest win is that she is no longer thinking small about what she can do with all of it.
"HCT wasn't about suddenly becoming a different person or magically transforming a business overnight. It gave me additional tools, understanding and confidence that I've been able to integrate into everything I was already building, and that feels much more authentic to me."
These two are not unusual. More graduates, in their own words ↓
On completion you are certified as a Practitioner in both NLP and Human Change Therapy, accredited by the International Coaching Alliance. That is a credential you can put in front of a client, an employer or a professional body.
HCT is also the gateway into the next stage of the Success Psychology journey.

Everyone in these photographs walked out of the room certified.
HCT gives you the opportunity to experience this work from the inside, to understand human change more deeply, develop real capability and begin applying what you learn to your life, your leadership and the people you serve.
The Success Psychology Leadership Academy is the next stage for those who want to deepen their ability to lead change in themselves, in others and within the organisations and communities they influence.
This is a shortlist. Only so many of them fit on one page.
Recorded on the last day of the five days, before anyone had left the building.
Six things, and none of them are padding. Priced line by line so you can weigh it against anything else you are considering.
24th - 28th February 2027 · To Be Confirmed. Near London Heathrow.
"If by end of Day 2 you don't feel measurably clearer, more grounded, and more confident in your ability to create change in yourself and in others, simply visit our team desk and we will give you a 100% refund."
That is two of the five days, including live demonstrations and your first supervised practice, experienced in full before you are committed to anything.
A straight conversation about where you are, what you have already trained in, and whether these five days are the right next step. If they are not, we will say so.
We will only use these details to arrange and prepare for your call.
Yes. You are certified as a Practitioner in both NLP and Human Change Therapy, accredited by the International Coaching Alliance, an international accrediting body.
There will be overlap in the core NLP models, and that is deliberate, because most practitioner courses teach the models without ever getting delegates to run them properly on a live person. What is different here is the Human Change layer on top: the integration of psychology, neuroscience and trauma aware practice, and five days of supervised live application rather than demonstration and note taking.
If you have already trained and still find yourself hesitant in the room, that hesitation is the thing this course is built to remove.
It is a lot of time, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The honest answer is that skill of this kind is not acquired in evenings and weekends, because it requires other human beings in the room and someone qualified watching you work. Five consecutive days is the shortest format in which that is possible.
The Day 2 guarantee exists partly for this reason. You will know by the end of the second day whether the remaining three are worth the time you have set aside.
It might, and that is a normal part of this work rather than a sign something has gone wrong. The room is deliberately small, nobody is put on the spot or worked with against their will, and you choose your level of participation throughout. Watching a piece of work is a legitimate way to do this training.
If you are currently dealing with something acute, speak to us on the call first. There is sometimes a better order to do things in, and we would rather tell you that than take your booking.
HCT is not a business-growth programme and we do not promise financial outcomes.
But businesses are built and led by human beings. And many commercial challenges eventually become human challenges.
HCT helps you understand the psychology underneath those moments. What you build with that capability is ultimately your responsibility.
Not in the traditional sense. It goes underneath leadership.
Before you can lead a team, influence a room or create change in an organisation, you are dealing with human beings. HCT develops your capacity to understand those dynamics and apply practical change skills across coaching, leadership, groups and business.
Leadership becomes one of the places you apply Human Change.
No. The room usually includes established coaches, therapists and psychologists alongside leaders, consultants, speakers and people building towards a change focused career. The practical work is structured so that beginners are supported and experienced practitioners are stretched.
Ask us on the call. If a plan or a deposit works better for you than paying in one go, say so and we will tell you what is possible.
You have a private integration strategy call to work out how to apply the training in your specific context, and you join the certified practitioner community. If you want to continue, Master Coach, the NLP Master Practitioner level, builds directly on this certification.
